Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?

Our collections are available in sizes 0–3 months through to 7–8 years, depending on the style.

Each piece has its own fit, so we recommend referring to the Size Guide on the product page to find the perfect size for your little love.

How does Casa Bambini sizing run?

Our pieces are designed with comfort, quality and little adventures in mind.

Our oversized tees and rompers feature a relaxed, roomy fit, while some of our linen and terry sets have a slimmer silhouette.

For our slimmer-fitting styles, we recommend sizing up if your little one is between sizes or if you prefer a more relaxed fit.

What if my little one is between sizes?

If your little one is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up to allow a little extra room to grow.

As fits vary between styles, always check the individual product's sizing recommendations for the best fit.

Fabrics & Care

What fabrics do you use?

At Casa Bambini, we believe beautiful clothing should feel just as good as it looks.

We thoughtfully select fabrics with comfort, quality and wearability in mind, including natural and breathable fibres such as cotton and linen, along with selected cotton blends for added stretch.

How should I care for my Casa Bambini pieces?

A little extra love goes a long way!

To keep your Casa Bambini pieces looking their best, we recommend a gentle cold machine wash, washing inside-out and avoiding bleach.

Care instructions may vary between garments, so always follow the care label attached to your piece.

Every Casa Bambini order is carefully packed with amore and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery timeframes are additional to our 1–2 business day processing time.

Can I track my order?

Of course!

Once your little parcel of happiness is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey from our casa to yours.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible so your little pieces can be on their way!

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as you can.

While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has begun processing.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Items must meet the conditions outlined in our policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details before requesting a return.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Can I exchange for another size?

We understand that finding the perfect fit for growing little ones can sometimes be tricky!

If you need a different size, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on the available return or exchange options.

All replacement sizes are subject to stock availability.

What if my item is faulty?

We take great care in creating and selecting our pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item so we can assist you.
